I don’t know any other equivalents to the products other than their names.  Like, when I get Prosciutto at the grocery - that is what it is called.  If you buy it here or Italy - I’m sure it would be similar.

In the US we have lots of words that are just not ‘English’ origin words.  Like, you can buy a Bento for lunch or you can live on a Cul-De-Sac (Japanese and French respectively).  If you are a fan of a particular product you are often called an aficionado (spanish).  And, if you want a particular type of meat or cheese, like I did, you call them what they are…Prosciutto and mozzarella.  There are no other words for them that I am aware of…
